Terminalia chebula, Brown(Halela Kabuli) : Halela Kabuli is very good for digestive system and well known as a colon cleanser.It is also very good source for vitamin C, iron, slenium and copper.It is beneficial in irregular fever,piles,Ulcers and flatulence.
Terminalia belerica (Bahera) : It is very beneficial in respiratory tract infection, sore throat, and cough.
Emblica officinalis (Amla) : Amla is the rich source of Vitamin C and its juice make you younger.It is beneficial for Hail,Skin,Burn extra fat,good for heart and ulcers.
