Garbharaksha Kashayam is an Ayurvedic medicine for pregnancy care.  It is herbal decoction. It is most commonly used in South Indian Ayurveda Practice. Since it is used in pregnancy, it should be used only under strict medical supervision. 

Garbharaksha kashayam Benefits:

• It is used in pregnancy care of the mother.
• It helps to relieve respiratory problems, gastritis and constipation problem of the expectant mother.
• This product is also known as Bhadradi Kashayam.

Bhadradi kashayam dosage:
5 – 10 ml, before food, or on empty stomach, once or twice a day or as directed by Ayurvedic doctor.
If the kashayam is concentrated, then it needs to be mixed with equal quantity of water and should be taken.

• Bala – Sida cordifolia
• Punarnava – Boerhaavia diffusa
• Draksha – Dry grapes – Vitis vinifera
• Gokshura – Tribulus terrestris
• Yavani – Trachyspermum ammi
• Bhadra – Aerva lanata
