Sitaram Ayurveda Balajeerakadi Kashayam is an authentic Ayurvedic liquid decoction used primarily to treat respiratory disorders, chronic cough, wheezing, and asthma by strengthening lungs and reducing Vata-Kapha imbalance. It also acts as a carminative to improve digestion and relieve abdominal discomfort.

Directions of use:

• Adult: 15-20 ml mixed with 45-60 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily on an empty stomach.
