Sitaram Ayurveda Elakanadi Kashayam is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal decoction, frequently used to treat respiratory conditions like chronic cough, asthma, bronchitis, and tuberculosis. It contains ingredients such as Ela, Vasa, and Dasamoola to clear Kapha, reduce swelling, and manage weakness, also offering potential liver protection. 

Ingredients: 

• Adhatoda vasica (Vasa)
• Glycyrrhiza glabra (Yashtimadhu)
• Zingiber officinale (Nagara)
• Tinospora cordifolia (Guduchi)
• Dashamoola

Directions of use
