Sitaram Ayurveda Mahathikthakam Kashayam is a potent, traditional Ayurvedic bitter decoction designed to balance Pitta dosha. It is primarily used to treat skin diseases (rashes, eczema, abscesses), chronic wounds, inflammatory conditions, and digestive issues like acidity, generally taken as 15 ml with water before food.

Directions of use:

• Adult: 15-20 ml mixed with 45-60 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily on empty stomach.
• Child: 10-15 ml mixed with 30-45 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily on empty stomach.
• As directed by the expert.
