Sitaram Ayurveda Thrayanthyadi Kashayam is an Ayurvedic aqueous extract designed to treat inflammatory swellings, abscesses (internal and external), and skin lesions by addressing Kapha-Pitta imbalance. Directions of use

• Adult: 15-20 ml mixed with 45-60 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily on an empty stomach.
