• Naga parpam is a prepared Siddha medicine. it's useful for all types of piles, fistula, and anal fissure.
• Its cures the moolam [ piles/hemorrhoids],pavithiram [ fistula], bedhi/ kazhichal [diarrhoea and dysentery],
• Its cures the grahani[ chronic diarrhoea/sprue syndrome/malabsorption syndrome], seedha bedhi [ dysentery],
• its useful for irraipuirumal[ cough/ spasm], irumal[bronchial asthma], bronchitis, pneumonia, ealai[bronchiectasis] and respiratory disorders etc.,

DOSAGE AND ADJUVANTS;
25-100mg with butter, ghee, thetrankootai legium, or karunai legiyam after food twice a day.
